The mobile has become an extension of our body. According to the Digital 2020 report, in Spain there are more than 54 million mobile lines . And 94% are linked to a smartphone. You know, one of those touchscreen phones with an internet connection. In fact, almost 43 million people connect to the Internet with their mobile phones every day.
The reality is that this gossip has become our main screen. A screen that we carry everywhere and that we use for almost everything. We watch videos, we go into the bank, we buy things, we look at magazines, we use WhatsApp… We do n't stop using it, not even breathing .
And as life flows, we see cyberattacks and digital threats grow. Last year there were more than 70,000 in our country. It is true that many times these bugs seek to infect computers but, increasingly, criminals are trying their luck to enter our phones and steal our data, spy on our activity or install malicious programs.
And it is that everything circulates on the Internet. SMS scams, e-mail theft attempts, viruses and Trojans hidden in applications … criminals prowl around looking for a loophole to get into our cell phone to destroy us.
